Search & Sift
- Drafting, gaining approval and placing of advertising online and/or in press;
- Active search through social media for a suitable candidate alongside advertising;
- Receipt of CVs & sifting together with communication with applicants and recommendations.
Search & Select
- Full advertising and search campaign;
- Guidance throughout the selection process including design of the selection stages and full support at interviews;
- A two stage interview process with initial telephone sifting and formal interview which will include a formal exercise/assessment;
- Personality Profiling (Kolbe – four max. per role) carried out with candidates invited to final interview to give insight into working practices.
