We offer two main recruitment packages:

Search & Sift

  • Drafting, gaining approval and placing of advertising online and/or in press;
  • Active search through social media for a suitable candidate alongside advertising;
  • Receipt of CVs & sifting together with communication with applicants and recommendations.

Search & Select

  • Full advertising and search campaign;
  • Guidance throughout the selection process including design of the selection stages and full support at interviews;
  • A two stage interview process with initial telephone sifting and formal interview which will include a formal exercise/assessment;
  • Personality Profiling (Kolbe – four max. per role) carried out with candidates invited to final interview to give insight into working practices.
